How does the availability planner work?

Set your clients' business hours in their timezone (e.g., Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM EST), and HourIQ automatically converts and displays these hours in your local timezone. The visual calendar shows color-coded blocks for each client, conflict detection when schedules overlap, and a 'Right Now' indicator showing who you should be working for at this moment. Perfect for digital nomads working across timezones.

Simply update your current location in settings, and your entire availability calendar shifts instantly to your new local time. All client hours are automatically recalculated. You can also use the location detection button to automatically detect your timezone based on your device location.

You can cancel anytime. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically move to the free Solo plan (1 client limit). All your data remains intact—you just won't be able to add more clients until you upgrade again.

Yes! The timer works offline. Start and stop tracking time even when Wi-Fi drops. All entries sync automatically when you're back online. Manual entries can also be added offline and will sync when connected.
