We use your data strictly to provide the HourIQ service:
- To create and manage your account.
- To calculate availability windows and visualize timezone overlaps.
- To generate PDF/CSV reports of your work hours.
- To process subscription payments (via our payment processor).
- To notify you about changes to our service or policy.
We do not sell your data to advertisers. Your client lists, hourly rates, and project notes are your proprietary business information, and we treat them as confidential.

- Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers via our cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase).
- Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
