Our Services
NomadWorld provides digital tools and services for location-independent professionals, including HourIQ for timezone and availability management. Our services are designed to help you work remotely while living life on your terms.
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.
Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle support with your order number. Paddle will review your request and determine eligibility at their discretion.
Refund Conditions
Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Paddle's refund policy as outlined above.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NomadWorld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
NomadWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
